What we collect

We also collect standard analytics about how the website is used: pages viewed, approximate location at city level, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. This is collected through Google Analytics.

Why we use it

Form submissions are used to respond to your enquiry, arrange a demonstration, and follow up about it. Analytics data is used to understand which pages are useful and where the site is confusing, so we can improve it.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who processes it

Form submissions are delivered to our own email and stored there. Website analytics are processed by Google Analytics. Our website hosting provider processes standard server request logs. A third-party chat widget is loaded on the site; if you open it and send a message, that conversation is processed by the chat provider.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. Analytics data is retained according to the default retention period configured in Google Analytics.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@nexovant.co and we will action the request. You can also block analytics cookies through your browser settings or a content blocker, and the site will continue to work normally.

This site does not use cookies for advertising. The cookies that are set come from Google Analytics for usage measurement, and from the chat widget if you interact with it. Blocking them does not affect access to any page.
