About these terms
These terms cover your use of the nexovant.co website. They do not cover use of the Nexovant software itself — that is governed by the service agreement signed when you take a subscription, which takes precedence over anything on this site.
Information on this site
We describe the platform as accurately as we can, and we keep the module descriptions aligned with what the software actually does. Even so, the site is marketing material rather than a specification: it is not a warranty, and it does not form part of a contract.
If a capability is important to your decision, ask us to confirm it in writing before you commit. We would rather tell you something is not supported than have you discover it after signing.
Pricing
Prices shown on this site are indicative, quoted per user per month in US dollars, and may change. The price that applies to you is the one in your written quotation or service agreement. Quotes in Pakistani rupees are available on request.
Trials and demonstrations
A free trial is offered for evaluation. Any data entered during a trial or a demonstration is for evaluation purposes and may be removed when the trial ends. Do not treat trial environments as a system of record.
Intellectual property
The Nexovant name, logo, site content and software are our property or licensed to us. You may read, quote and link to this site. You may not copy it wholesale, or present our material as your own.
Third-party content
This site loads a third-party chat widget and third-party analytics, and links to external sites. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content or their practices.
Liability
The website is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the website's marketing content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from use of this website.
