An ERP holds the things a business cannot afford to lose: its accounts, its stock position and its people's salaries. Here is exactly how that data is protected, and what happens if you ever want it back.
No certification theatre. These are the controls the platform ships with, described plainly enough that your IT lead can check them.
Permissions are scoped twice — by role and by branch — so a branch manager sees their own outlet and group finance sees everything. Every module carries its own permission set, which means giving someone access to attendance does not hand them the ledger.
Traffic between your browser, your terminals and the platform runs over TLS. Stored data is encrypted at rest, and credentials are hashed rather than stored in a form anyone can read back — including us.
The actions that carry money or risk are logged with the user, the timestamp and the before-and-after values. Payroll runs, cash movements, stock adjustments, price changes and permission changes are all recoverable after the fact.
Backups run daily and are tested by restoring them, because an untested backup is a hope rather than a plan. On an on-premise deployment we set the same schedule up on your infrastructure and hand over the runbook.
Most businesses run on our cloud because it is one less thing to administer. Where policy, connectivity or a parent company says otherwise, the same platform installs on your own servers.

If your IT team has a checklist, we will work through it with you honestly — including the parts where the answer is not yet.
